Over 80,000 Square Feet of Space Leased at 5 & 6 Hutton Centre/Griffin Towers in Orange County

SOUTH COAST METRO...Within the last year, more than 80,000 square feet of commercial space has been leased at 5 & 6 Hutton Centre/Griffin Towers to an outstanding mix of tenants.
Here’s a recap of leasing activities. GeoPentech, a geoengineering and geoscience consultancy founded in 2000 to handle small- to large-scale civil engineering projects, has leased 2,956 sq. ft.
GoEngineer, a 3D printing services company with over 40 years of experience and tens of 1,000s of customers in high-tech, medical, machine designers, and more, has leased 2,974 sq. ft. Optima Tax Relief has expanded its footprint to 57,230 sq. ft.
Thomas Kearns McKnight LLP, a full -service consumer rights and advocacy law firm focusing on personal finances that assists clients in 32 states, has leased 13,563 sq. ft. Founded in 2014, Senior Doc has leased 14,557 sq. ft. to accommodate its revolutionizing senior healthcare services provided with a personal touch.
Marking more than three decades of providing specialized in asset management, retirement planning and financial planning, RSL has renewed its lease for 5,744 sq. ft. Providers of engineering services focusing on land development and infrastructure, X Engineering Inc. has renewed and expanded to 10,122 sq. ft.
SVA Architects, Inc. has renewed 7,544 sq. ft. Since 2003 , SVA has delivered innovative architectural designing and planning services in California and the western United States. Providers of SBA services, GSA/SBA has renewed 8,156 sq .ft.
