Getting to know Real Estate Agents Chris and Pam Bowman

HUNTINGTON BEACH...This week we'll continue to get to know the people whose signs you may have seen on your neighborhood street corners that advertises an open house for sale or even who may have sold you your dream home in Huntington Beach.
This week we are privileged to get to know the married Realtors Chris and Pam Bowman who work together at the Seven Gables Real Estate Huntington Harbour office.
Chris Bowman was born in Louisville, KY., the youngest of five siblings.
Chris attended Purdue University where he was an undergraduate before achieving his Masters Degree in Business Administration at Pepperdine University.
While at Pepperdine he met his future wife Pam and it was love at first sight.
Chris says he always liked houses even through his high school years and it was a natural for him to get into the business and receive his Real Estate license 20 years ago while living in Huntington Beach.
"After my first sale I felt that I had helped them find their right home and I have been helping people ever since, Chris said."
Chris has worked at Century 21, Star Real Estate and now with Seven Gables and has received several awards.
He is a member of Sea Cliff Country Club and likes to run and play tennis when time permits.
Pam Bowman was born in Los Angeles which is a plus when selling real estate in knowing the area and the people.
She is the oldest of five siblings.
For Pam it too was love at first sight when they attended Pepperdine University where she received her MBA.
Pan's first employment wasn't in real estate, but as a cashier at a local Big 5 sports center.
"Pam's sister got her interested in real estate about five years ago when she received her license.
She, like Chris, feels good when she can put a young couple into their first dream home.
Pam and Chris have lived in Huntington Beach since 1984 and have seen the ups and downs of the housing market and the the couple truly love living in Surf City USA.
Pam is also a member of the Sea Cliff Country Club and likes to play tennis in her spare time.
The couple also like to spend time with their three grown children Hilary 27, Scott 25 and Hannah 22. Pam also takes time out to walk her dog Max.
