Real Estate Agent Wade Gerard

HUNTINGTON BEACH...This week we'll continue our search to know about the people whose signs you may have seen on your neighborhood street corners that advertises an open house for sale or even who may have sold you your dream home in Huntington Beach.

Wade proves that you don't have to be a senior of 20 years-old to become a professional Real Estate Agent. At 19 Wade received his real estate license and is now a Realtor under the tutelage of professional Real Estate Agent Danny Murphy.

Wade is a true Orange County lad, having first saw the light of day in Newport Beach. Through his early days, Wade attended Gisler Elementary, Talbert Middle and Edison High Schools.

Wade's father is in the real estate business and so is his brother Cole.

Real Estate was furthest from Wade's mind as a teen. Wade thought he would like to become a firefighter and help to save lives and property. His first job saw him working at Jersey Mike's and Beach Blvd. and Atlanta Ave.

But seeing how much his father and brother enjoyed helping families find their perfect dream homes, Wade decided to join the ranks of his family and four months ago received his Real Estate license while still attending Orange Coast College studying management.

Today he is part of First Team Real Estate learning the correct way to sell property from longtime agent Danny Murphy as an associate at their office at 20100 Brookhurst Street in Huntington Beach and is waiting to make his first sale.

If and when Wade receives a degree in management, he may be able to manage his four dogs, Ruby, Rose, Max and Rue along with Maddy his cat.

Today Wade lives in Huntington Beach and enjoys surfing, snowboarding and socializing with people.

Right now Wade is at the first run of a long ladder to success and with his commitment to real estate and with the help of his family and Danny Murphy, that shouldn't take long for him to reach the top.
