Great success of the first clinic of the Iker Casillas Academy in the United States

ORANGE COUNTY...The first clinic of the Iker Casillas Academy in the United States has been a resounding success with the participation of nearly 40 soccer players of both genders aged between 10 and 18. The young athletes have been able to enjoy, over the course of three days, a preparation based on a unique methodology and the special visit of Iker Casillas to the facilities of Westminster High School (Boswell Stadium) in collaboration with AMSG Fútbol Club.
The legendary goalkeeper of Real Madrid C.F., F.C. Porto, and captain of the World Cup-winning Spanish National Team, has inaugurated his academy in Orange County with this first Spring Clinic, which has exceeded all expectations, prompting plans for a second edition this summer.
Iker Casillas has expressed his great satisfaction with the response of the participants in this initial clinic. “I was surprised by how quickly the registration quota was filled and by the high level of the participants, whom I want to congratulate for the work they have done these days.”
The methodology of the Iker Casillas Goalkeeper and Player Coaching System is based on a program tested in football clubs worldwide, offering a service that goes beyond the technical training of players. As part of the program, technical and tactical football training is included, as well as sessions led by professionals on important topics such as mental health, strength training and nutrition, with the aim of improving and developing their skills and confidence.
The eight-member team, led by Diego de la Rosa López, Co-Director of Methodology at the Iker Casillas Academy, has extensive experience as a professional trainer in clubs such as Atlético de Madrid, Elche CF, Hércules, Unión Adarve, or Eldense.
Iker Casillas, President of the Iker Casillas Academy, is very excited about the arrival of his academy in the United States because “American boys and girls show a lot of interest in soccer. We want to help these young promises to train and achieve success through the values that were once transmitted to me.” “It has been a very positive first experience, so from the ICA, we will continue to grow in the United States.”
After five years of conducting various clinics in Spain and Dubai, the Iker Casillas Academy has decided to establish itself in the United States through the Agency 380AMK USA, which has recently opened its offices in Beverly Hills (Los Angeles).
